Common questions
- Does the app work offline? Yes — the entire course and all audio are on your device. Only account sync needs a connection.
- I switched phones — where is my progress? Sign in with the same Apple or Google account and your progress is restored automatically.
- How do I delete my account? In the app: Account → Delete account. This removes your data from our server.
- Found a mistake in a lesson? Tell us! Content accuracy reports are our favourite emails.
