By using the Dutchnest app you agree to these terms.

The service

Dutchnest is a Dutch-language learning app. The core course is free. An optional one-time Premium purchase may unlock extras such as an ad-free experience and additional practice modes; purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's terms.

Your account

An account (Sign in with Apple or Google) is required to save progress beyond the first unit. You are responsible for your sign-in credentials. You may delete your account at any time in the app.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the content pipeline, or redistribute the app's content (lessons, audio) outside the app.

Content & accuracy

We work hard to keep the Dutch accurate and exam-relevant, but Dutchnest is a study aid — it is not affiliated with DUO or the Staatsexamen NT2, and passing any exam remains your responsibility.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can stop using Dutchnest and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
